Supporting a national literacy strategy through software.
A platform that help states measure, manage and improve educational programs.
Building software for education is not about classrooms—it is about giving thousands of people the tools to coordinate, measure and improve learning at scale.
Synopsis
This platform became the operational backbone behind Mexico’s national literacy strategy. It allowed state coordinators to manage educational structures, collect assessments, visualize regional progress and generate strategic reports. As the platform matured, I led an AI-assisted modernization that introduced a modern Next.js architecture and transformed the system into a productivity dashboard for monitoring operational performance across every participating state.

Supporting a National Literacy Strategy
The platform was designed to support Mexico's national literacy strategy by giving every participating state a centralized system to manage schools, educators, assessments and educational indicators. Rather than being a simple reporting tool, the platform became the operational backbone that allowed state coordinators to monitor progress, organize educational campaigns and make decisions based on reliable data.
