CrediTienda, the ConCrédito store.
Thousands of products from top brands.
A credit-powered marketplace that brought installment shopping to more than 600,000 families across Mexico.
Synopsis
CrediTienda is a credit-based marketplace that lets distributors and end customers buy products on installment plans. What started as an internal experiment grew into a core revenue line for ConCrédito, serving more than 600,000 users across Mexico. I led the engineering group responsible for the storefront, checkout, credit integration, catalog, and the operational tooling behind it — and lived through every stage of that growth.

Android SDK
When I joined the project, every Android application inside the company solved the same problems independently. Checkout screens, credit forms, authentication flows and UI components were duplicated across multiple apps. Instead of building another application, I started by creating a reusable Android SDK that centralized those components into a shared library. It reduced duplicated work, standardized the user experience and became the foundation for future Android products.
